I began my teaching journey in Yoga after completing a degree in Architecture. My curiosity with alignment, structure, and precision naturally led me to Pilates, where I found a deeper appreciation for movement mechanics.
My classes focus on mobility and stability, designed to help you move with greater ease and awareness. They’re playful yet intentional, intuitive yet challenging, always leaving you feeling accomplished and energised.
I believe movement should feel both empowering and enjoyable. My aim is to help you explore new possibilities within your body and truly enjoy the process of getting there.
