We can explore different styles of yoga, Pilates, mobility, or alignment-based sessions. I take time to understand your individual goals, challenges, and preferences to create a customised practice designed for your personal journey.
Sarah started her Yoga Teacher Training in 2022 after completing her degree in Architecture from the University of Nottingham. She then went on to do her Pilates Teacher Training and Pre/Post Natal Exercise qualifications, completing these in 2024, and Reformer Teacher Training in 2025.
